In the heart of the Sierra de Gúdar (Teruel, Spain) and within the requirements of Denomination of Origin regulations, Alto Mijares produces its hams through a combination of artisanal tradition and new technology in order to assure incomparable quality.

Our company develops a great deal of work in the province of Sierra de Gúdar, in Teruel, Spain.  With 80 jobs it is the largest source of wealth in the area.  Since its creation and specialisation over the last 17 years, Alto Mijares has been a model company that combines tradition and modernity, and strives to improve its natural and social environment.
